Cricket West Indies has confirmed on Wednesday, to send a women’s cricket team first to Pakistan before the men’s team tour of Pakistan in future.
According to sources The three-day matches will be played on November 8, 11 and 13 at the National Stadium of Karachi.
The women cricketers will join the national camp starting October 22 and will continue for two weeks before the West Indies women tour.
After West Indies tour, Pakistan Women will start its Women World Cup campaign from 21st Nov. The Pakistan squad will travel to Zimbabwe for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifiers, in which they will play seven matches subject to their qualification for the second round of the tournament.
The round lasts till 5th of Dec and than the team will participate in the ACC Women’s Asia Cup, the details of which have not yet been announced.
