Asia Cup 2022: Afghanistan to beat Bangladesh by seven wickets,Mujeeb ur Rehman bagged three wickets

 Mujeeb ur Rehman bagged three wickets to set the tone for Afghanistan to beat Bangladesh by seven wickets to top Group B in T20 Asia Cup 2022.

Mujeeb rattled top order of Bangladesh after they decided to bat first. Mosaddek Hossain rescued Bangladesh with his 48-runs knock as they posted 127-7 in 20 overs.

Apart from Mujeeb, Rashid Khan also bagged three wickets while conceding 22 runs at an economy of 5.50. Mujeeb gave away just 16 runs in his four overs.

In reply, Afghanistan lost Rahmanullah Gurbaz earlier but Hazratullah Zazai (23) and Ibrahim Zadran supported their team. Ibrahim (42*) then partnered with Najibullah Zadran (43*) to take their team over the victory line.

Shakib Al Hasan, Mosaddek Hussain, and Mohammad Saifuddin bagged a wicket each for Bangladesh.
